  1. Very very poor customer service. They don’t care for customers . They don’t even answer calls. But one thing they don’t forget is to send u a bill. BSNL BROAD BAND IS SLOW. If your internet is disconnected by any chance, u can forget it getting reconnected for at
    east a week. .

  2. A customer for 20 years,don’t seems any improvement. My partially working telephone BroadBand was disconnected for non-payment of bills,though the same are being paid through ECS. A visit to BSNL became must. Understand the fault was with BSNL.Even now the Broadband works intermittently.Can not be sure of internet and have to keep other service provider available. Though the phone does not work for long period, refund never come. Every time compain is made official replying,it will be done auitomaticllywhich never happen. On place of. Boasting BSNL must improve service.
