Governor Calls for Strong, Self-Reliant and Powerful India Rajendra Arlekar said it is time for India to become a “Golden Tiger” instead of trying to return to the image of a “Sone Ki Chidiya.”Speaking at the National Youth Parliament Goa 2026, Arlekar said India must focus on becoming stronger, dynamic, self-reliant, and globally influential. He also urged the youth to contribute towards building a confident and powerful nation.
