Goa’s Engineering Exports Grow 36%, Fastest in Western India: CM

State Emerges as Key Manufacturing and Export Hub, Says Chief Minister Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant stated that Goa has recorded the fastest growth in engineering exports among the states in western India, registering a 36 per cent increase during FY26.Speaking at the EEPC India 42nd Export Awards for the Western Region, Sawant highlighted the state’s growing strength in manufacturing and exports. He said the achievement reflects the efforts of Goa’s industrial sector and reinforces the state’s position as an emerging hub for engineering and export-oriented industries.The Chief Minister also emphasized the government’s commitment to creating a business-friendly environment and supporting industrial growth in Goa.
