कायद्याची अंमलबजावणी कडक करण्याची मागणी; गावपातळीवर पडताळणी यंत्रणा बळकट करण्याचा आग्रह पार्रा सरपंच Daniel Lobo यांनी गोव्यातील बहुतांश चोरी व खून प्रकरणांत स्थलांतरितांचा सहभाग असल्याचे विधान केले . वाढत्या गुन्हेगारीच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर कायद्याची अंमलबजावणी अधिक कडक करण्याची तसेच गावपातळीवर भाडेकरू-कामगार पडताळणी यंत्रणा बळकट करण्याची गरज असल्याचे त्यांनी म्हटले. संबंधित यंत्रणांनी समन्वय साधून प्रतिबंधात्मक उपाययोजना कराव्यात, अशीही मागणी त्यांनी केली.
