Govt Circular to Fast-Track Process; Certificates to Be Issued in 8 Days Chief Minister Pramod Sawant announced that around 1 lakh houses built before 1972 and recorded in the land survey will be legalised under a new government circular. Starting August 1, applicants can submit forms, and Deputy Collectors along with Panchayat Secretaries will issue legality certificates within 8 days.
