Second Phase Led by Dhavruk NGO Under MGNREGA Scheme Yields Promising Results For the second consecutive year, Dhavruk NGO, in collaboration with the MGNREGA scheme of the Government of Goa and V.P. Mandrem, successfully completed 1,500 water trenches at Junaswada in Mandrem village. The initiative, which saw the completion of 1,600 trenches last year, has shown remarkable impact through increased groundwater levels in nearby wells. This is the first such large-scale effort of its kind in Goa. Special appreciation was extended to Vasudev Shetye Sir, whose expert guidance played a vital role in the project’s success.
