Illegal Road Cutting Alleged in Curti

Complaint Filed Against Vijayadurga Developers; Action Sought from TCP and Panchayat A complaint has been filed by Hemant Sawant alleging illegal road cutting by Vijayadurga Developers in Ganganagar, Curti. According to the complaint, a public road was cut approximately 1.5 metres deep, 12 metres wide and 60–70 metres long to align with the basement level of the developer’s building, allegedly without permission from the Town & Country Planning Department or the local Panchayat.The complainant has urged the Panchayat and TCP authorities to initiate legal action and has requested that occupancy certification not be granted to the building until a detailed inquiry is conducted.
