Car rams scooter, occupants flee after alleged abuse; no serious injuries A hit-and-run incident was reported in Porvorim after a CH-registered car allegedly rammed into a scooter carrying a man and his son before fleeing the scene. The victims claimed the car occupants verbally abused them when asked to stop, before speeding away. No serious injuries were reported.
