Free Trade Cylinders Issued; Digital Bookings Cross 90% for Better Transparency LPG supply in Goa has stabilised and demand has returned to normal levels, according to officials from the Ministry of Civil Supplies. Around 1,10,005 kg of Free Trade LPG cylinders were issued in April 2026 for migrant labourers and students without local address proof. Authorities also reported a rise in digital and OTP-based bookings, both crossing 90%, improving transparency in distribution.
