Senior Couple Allege Neglect Over Sewage Issue in Saligao

Repeated Complaints Ignored, Residents Seek Urgent Action An elderly couple from Malebhat in Saligao, Krishna U. Bhaidkar and his wife Laxmi Bhaidkar, have raised serious concerns over a clogged gutter near their home that has remained unattended for over two years. They allege that septic waste discharged into the drain by outsiders and neighbours has led to foul smell and mosquito breeding, making the area unlivable. Despite multiple complaints to the panchayat, health department, and PWD, no action has been taken. The couple has now urged authorities and local MLA Kedar Naik to intervene and resolve the issue immediately.
