MMC Cracks Down on Illegal Fish Sale at Kharewado

Chairperson Girish Borker says fish trade must shift to old Baina market; encroachments to be cleared Girish Borker along with Dy Collector Pratap Rao Goankar conducted a surprise inspection at Kharewado and warned against illegal fish sales following the notification of the new fish market at Vasco. Borker urged wholesalers to operate from the old Baina Fish Market, while Goankar stated that directions would be issued to the RTO and other authorities to clear encroachments and illegally parked vehicles from the area.
