Book Based on His Life Journey to Be Released at Panaji Event A felicitation ceremony has been organised for former Panaji Mayor and social worker Ashok Mogru Naik in recognition of his contributions to public and social life. The organisers said Naik, who recently turned 80, has remained active in social, political, and cultural fields for decades.The event will be held on May 31 at Menezes Braganza Hall in Panaji, where Union Minister Shripad Naik is expected to felicitate him. A book based on Ashok Naik’s life experiences, will also be released during the programme.
