Legal Process Underway, Chief Minister Confident of Positive Outcome Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant has said that the process to provide political reservation for the Scheduled Tribe (ST) community in Goa is progressing and the necessary legal procedures have already begun.Speaking on the issue, Sawant stated that he recently met Union Home Minister Amit Shah and other central leaders to discuss the matter. He expressed confidence that the ST community will soon receive political reservation in the Goa Legislative Assembly.The Chief Minister also thanked the Union Government for its positive response and support towards implementing the long-pending demand of Goa’s tribal communities.
