Vishwajit Rane Appeals for Mass Participation in Yoga Day Event

Health Minister Vishwajit Rane has appealed to the people of Goa to actively participate in the celebration of International Day of Yoga 2026 on June 21.Organised by the Department of Ayush, Government of Goa, this year’s event is based on the theme “Yoga for Healthy Ageing.” The Minister encouraged citizens of all age groups to join the programme and adopt yoga as a part of their daily routine to promote physical, mental and emotional well-being.The state is expected to witness large-scale participation as part of the nationwide observance of International Yoga Day.
