Demands strict action against contractors; locals and tourists in Calangute-Baga face hardships The Congress Block Committee has raised its voice against the poor condition of roads and the failure of the sewerage contractor in the Calangute–Baga Sauta Waddo area. Alleging substandard work, the committee demanded strict action against such contractors. Locals, along with tourists visiting Goa, are facing serious problems, including restricted water supply, due to the negligence.
