PWD Minister Digambar Kamat Promises Action Panaji MLA and Minister Babush Monserrate said he met newly-appointed PWD Minister Digambar Kamat and raised the issue of the city’s deteriorating roads. “I requested him to look into the matter, and he has promised me that Panaji roads will be taken up. Now that Digambar Kamat is the PWD Minister, the roads will be restored to their original form,” Monserrate asserted.
