20-day initiative to revive reading culture across the state The Girls Islamic OrganizationGoa has launched a 20-day statewide campaign, *‘Firse Kitaab’*, from December 7 to 27, 2025, aimed at reviving the declining reading culture. With the theme *“A Reading Nation, A Leading Generation,”* the initiative includes reading circles, public sessions and workshops, encouraging families and communities to rebuild a society that reads and thinks.
