Anti-Sea Erosion Wall on Family Property, Not Public Land: Clarifies Delilah Lobo

Lobo couple assert no taxpayer money used MLA Delilah Lobo, have clarified that the ongoing anti-sea erosion wall construction at Anjuna is being built on their family property and not on public land. Addressing allegations of illegality, Michael Lobo stated that no taxpayer money is involved, adding, “The entire cost of the project is being borne by us.” She further explained that the Water Resources Department is merely executing the work under a technically approved anti-erosion project, aimed at protecting the property from sea damage.
