100-point roster to be implemented for SC, ST, OBC and EWS categories The State Cabinet has approved the procedure for implementing the 100-point roster for reservation in the allotment of postgraduate seats at Goa Medical College. Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant said the decision covers reservations for SC, ST, OBC and EWS categories.
