Pothole-ridden road and burst pipeline trouble residents for months Residents of Canca Waddo ward no. 2, Cunchelim have complained about a badly damaged internal road and a burst water pipeline near Saiba Restaurant. The road, dug up for underground cabling, has not been restored for nearly three years, while the leaking pipeline has been wasting thousands of litres of water for over a month. Locals have urged the Mapusa Municipality, PWD and the concerned councillor to take immediate action.
