Govt May Reclaim Land if No Progress in Two Years; Mulgao Site an Option Chief Minister Pramod Sawant criticised the Goa Cricket Association for its lack of seriousness in developing the Dhargal cricket stadium. He warned that if construction doesn’t begin within two years, the government will take back the land. He also suggested that GCA could consider shifting the project to an alternate site like Mulgao.
