CM Pramod Sawant inaugurates five-day literary fest with 200+ stalls Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant inaugurated the five-day Goa Book Festival 2026 at the D. B. Bandodkar Ground, Campal, Panaji, bringing together books, ideas and culture under one roof. Organised by the National Book Trust, India, in association with the Government of Goa and partner organisations, the festival features over 200 stalls and offers a 10 per cent discount on books in Konkani, Marathi and English.
