Cabinet approves Mormugao venue; event set to boost tourism, says CM Sawant Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant announced that the Cabinet has approved the Goa Street Circuit in Mormugao as the venue for Round 4 of the 2025 Indian Racing Festival.
