Accused neighbours booked under BNS, POCSO Act and Goa Children’s Act Mapusa Police have arrested a father–son duo in connection with an alleged sexual assault on two minor sisters, aged 8 and 10, in the Bardez area. The accused, who are neighbours of the victims, have been booked under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, the POCSO Act, and the Goa Children’s Act. The court has remanded both accused to five days of police custody as further investigation is underway.
