100-point roster at GMC hailed as step towards social justice The Rashtriya OBC Mahasangh has welcomed the State Cabinet’s decision to approve the procedure for implementing the 100-point roster in the allotment of postgraduate seats at Goa Medical College. Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant said the move will ensure reservations for SC, ST, OBC and EWS categories, a decision the Mahasangh termed a positive step towards inclusive education.
