Mapusa–Panaji stretch partially closed; commuters warned of jams A major traffic diversion has been announced for North Goa as the O’Coqueiro Junction to Mall de Goa Mapusa to Panaji route remains closed. However, traffic from Mall de Goa to O’Coqueiro Panaji to Mapusa is open. Vehicles are being diverted through the internal BB Borkar Road. Authorities have cautioned commuters to expect heavy congestion and leave early to avoid delays.
