₹4 Cr Fish Fest Wasteful, No Benefit to Goans: Opposition

CM Sawant Defends Festival, Says It Supports Local Fishermen The Opposition slammed the Fisheries Department for spending ₹4 crore on the Fish Festival, claiming it fails to benefit common Goans or address subsidised fish concerns. Chief Minister Pramod Sawant, however, defended the event, stating it helps promote and support Goan fishermen.
