FDA Seizes Illegal Chicken and Misbranded Sweets in North Goa

Crackdown on Unlicensed Meat Unit and Excess Food Colour in Sweets The FDA seized and destroyed 300 kg of undocumented chicken from an unlicensed, unhygienic unit in Nagoa Arpora run by Sashwath Yadav. In a separate drive at Calangute, misbranded sweets with suspected excess colour from M/s Shivlairi Enterprise were seized. The operations were led by FDA Director Shweta Dessai and a team of officials.
