Calangute Guest House Murder Case: Accused Remanded to 5-Day Police Custody

Police continue investigation after court remand. The Mapusa JMFC Court has remanded Akshata, a resident of Mangaluru, Karnataka, to five days of police custody in connection with the alleged murder of Sandeep Salian, who was found dead under suspicious circumstances at a guest house in Calangute.The police sought custodial interrogation to further probe the circumstances surrounding the incident. Investigation into the case is currently underway.
