Multi-agency team conducts field survey at Chimbel in presence of locals Amid the Unity Mall controversy, authorities have begun a comprehensive survey to determine the “zone of influence” of Toyyar Lake at Chimbel. Officials from the National Institute of Oceanography , GTDC, the Wetland Authority, the Biodiversity Board, and other concerned departments are jointly conducting the survey in the presence of local residents.
