Driver Safe; Police Detain Him for Further Investigation A truck travelling from Mapusa towards Siolim met with an accident on the slope after reportedly suffering brake failure, crashing into a compound wall. The vehicle was damaged, but the driver escaped unhurt. Police from the Siolim outpost, along with Anjuna police and the traffic cell, reached the spot and have taken the driver into custody for further investigation.
