Locals Thank CM After PWD Completes Safety Improvement on Accident-Prone Stretch The narrow road stretch along the Goa-Karnataka border, which posed a risk to motorists, especially during the monsoon, has been widened following the intervention of Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant. Acting on safety concerns raised by locals, the Chief Minister directed the PWD authorities to undertake the road widening work. Residents and regular commuters have welcomed the improvement and expressed their gratitude to the Chief Minister for addressing the long-pending issue.
