CM Assures No Encroachment on Katamgal Shrine Land for IIT Goa Campus

Says Permanent Campus Will Be Built Only on Government Land The Chief Minister has assured that the proposed permanent campus of IIT Goa at Farmagudi in Ponda will not encroach upon or disturb the Katamgal shrine land. He said the project will be developed strictly on government land, respecting the sanctity of the sacred site, and appealed to the public not to be misled by unnecessary opposition.
