All Seven Accused Now in Police Custody Continuing the probe into the Caranzalem assault case, Panaji Police on Saturday arrested Franco D’costa of St. Cruz and Sairaj Govekar of Pilerne. With these arrests, all seven accused present at the spot are now in custody. The five held earlier have been remanded to five days’ police custody, while efforts are underway to recover the two-wheelers, mobile phones, and the weapon used in the crime.
