Serious concerns have been raised over the condition of the waste management facility at Goa Medical College (GMC), with local representatives alleging that the premises are in a neglected state.According to those who visited the site, waste segregation machines are reportedly non-functional, while garbage has accumulated across the facility. The Sarpanch expressed shock at the condition of the plant, warning that it could become a major public health hazard if immediate corrective measures are not taken.Locals and elected representatives have called on the concerned authorities to urgently restore the facility and ensure proper waste management practices.
