Kojagiri MCLF Co-operative Multipurpose Society and Art & Culture Department organise event to preserve traditional folk dance forms A Goan Folk Dance Competition, restricted to participants from the Pernem Taluka constituency, was jointly organised by the Kojagiri MCLF Co-operative Multipurpose Society and the Department of Art and Culture Goa at the Goa Bagayatdar Hall. The event aimed to promote and preserve Goa’s rich folk dance traditions and cultural heritage by encouraging local communities and artists to showcase traditional performances and keep the state’s cultural legacy alive.
