Goans Prefer Bigger Homes, Not EWS Units: Sudin Dhavalikar

Minister says LIG scheme launched as Goans avoid one-room EWS houses PWD Minister Sudin Dhavalikar said that Goans are not showing interest in homes under the Economically Weaker Section scheme, as they don’t prefer one-room units. In response, the government has introduced the Low-Income Group housing scheme to better suit local preferences.
