Vasco Railway Police Probe Theft on Velankanni–Vasco Express Vasco Railway Police have arrested a 24-year-old man from Karnataka, identified as Ambrish Beggar, in connection with a theft onboard the Velankanni–Vasco Express. A Samsung mobile phone and silver anklets worth around ₹67,000 were reportedly stolen from a passenger, following which a case was registered and further investigation is underway.
