Mango Tree Falls on Car in Bambar Nanoda, Damage Worth ₹1.35 Lakh

A mango tree fell on a car near Pooja Cashew Factory at Bambar-Nanoda in Sattari on Friday at around 7:16 am, causing significant damage. The incident led to material loss estimated at around ₹1.35 lakh, while property worth approximately ₹5 lakh was reportedly saved.The Valpoi fire station crew, headed by Fire Fighter Umesh R. Gaonkar, rushed to the spot and carried out necessary clearance operations. The team included staff members B.M. Gawas (Dopt) and A.G. Narvekar (Fire Fighter). Fortunately, no injuries were reported in the incident.
