Best Sarpanch Award Winner and Emerging Sportsperson Recognised at New Vaddem Function Transport Minister Mauvin Godinho felicitated Chicalim Sarpanch Kamla Prasad Yadav for winning the “Best Sarpanch” award and also honoured his son Veer Yadav for being recognised as an emerging cricketer of Goa at a function in New Vaddem.The minister praised the young cricketer’s talent and expressed hope that he would represent India in the future.
