Schemes Aim to Promote Women’s Empowerment Across Goa Minister Subhash Phal Dessai distributed 60 Ladli Laxmi and 10 Griha Aadhar sanction orders to beneficiaries from the Sanguem Constituency during a program held at his Sanguem office.
