Goa Police athlete creates new national record with 182.5 kg lift Nehal Laad of Goa Police and Black Panther Fitness Hub clinched the gold medal for Team Goa at the National Bench Press Championship held in Delhi under the WPC. Competing in the under-90 kg body weight category, Laad set a new national record by lifting 182.5 kg in the raw bench press event.
