One Held for Harbouring Main Accused in Calangute Case

Arrest Made Under Sections 109(2) and 249 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 Calangute Police have arrested one person, identified as Arun Shankar Pawar , a resident of Colva, Goa, and native of Gadag, Karnataka, for allegedly harbouring the main accused in a case registered under Cr. No. 109/2025. The arrest was made on 15th July 2025 at 12:48 am under Sections 109(2) and 249 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
