Mauvin Godinho Launches Twin Projects Near MES College Under Zilla Panchayat Funds Panchayat Minister Mauvin Godinho inaugurated an open space with a walking track behind the Masjid near MES College and laid the foundation stone for the beautification of another open area at Siddharth Colony, Vidyanagar. Both projects are funded under the Zilla Panchayat scheme and were launched in the presence of ZP member Anita Thorat.
