Commemoration Event to Be Held on 15th July People’s High School will mark the 117th birth anniversary of its esteemed founder, Prof. M. F. Surlacar, with a commemorative programme on 15th July. The school’s media committee has extended an invitation for coverage of the event, which will honour the legacy and contributions of Prof. Surlacar to education and society.
