Mandrem MLA backs police efforts, calls for alliance unity Mandrem MLA Jit Arolkar has said that the police are doing a commendable job in curbing drug-related and other illegal activities in his constituency. He also stated that the alliance between the Maharashtrawadi Gomantak Party and the Bharatiya Janata Party should remain strong, with both parties supporting each other when required. Arolkar further remarked that some retired individuals have been making statements on the issue.
