Safety Concerns Over Abandoned Road Work Trigger Action in Curchorem

Goa Forward and Congress Leaders Seek Immediate Completion of Pending Project Concerns over public safety have come to the fore in Curchorem after stones left along the roadside following the alleged abandonment of a road-widening project by a contractor created a potential hazard for commuters. The issue, located near the residence of former Curchorem Chairperson Jasmine Braganza, prompted Goa Forward leader Dattaraj Desai and Congress leader Pushkal Sawant to visit the site and call Electricity/Works Engineer Rohan Desai for an inspection. During the visit, the leaders highlighted the risks posed to motorists and pedestrians and urged officials to ensure the pending work is completed at the earliest.
