Smart City Project Not Fully Complete: Babush Monserrate

Will Check with CCP, New MD on Remaining Road Works Minister Babush Monserrate admitted that the Panaji Smart City project is still incomplete. He said he would speak to the CCP Commissioner to review road conditions and check if any funds are left to address the issues. A new MD has recently taken charge of the project, he added.
