Digitalisation to be mandatory; no entry for Ola or Uber in Goa Tourism Minister Rohan Khaunte said Chief Minister Pramod Sawant will soon introduce a state taxi policy aimed at resolving long-pending issues with all stakeholders on board. He clarified that while digitalisation will be made compulsory, cab aggregators like Ola and Uber will not be permitted in Goa.
