CM Directs Use of Premix for Temporary Pothole Repairs Chief Minister Pramod Sawant said that hot-mixing of roads across Goa has been delayed due to a shortage of tar. He added that officials have been instructed to use premix material for filling potholes and carrying out temporary repairs until regular hot-mixing work resumes.
